Rules of PA

The proceedings before the Permanent Arbitration are governed by the Rules of the Permanent Arbitration ("Official Gazette of the RS" No. 101/16). Under these Rules, parties are free in their choice of the procedural rules, the arbitrators, the venue of the hearings and other procedural aspects, the language of the proceedings and the applicable substantive law.
